FAQ

Is LAWD Mail really free?

Yes. The @lawd.me address, the 1 GB mailbox and up to 100 sent emails a day cost nothing. The R$ 39.90 monthly subscription is for LAWD: the LAWD Assistant and the browser.

I already have a LUME Hub account. Do I need another one?

No. Create LAWD Mail and then sign in with either email: the one you already use or your @lawd.me.

Can I use it in my phone's mail app?

Yes. LAWD Mail works in your phone's mail app and in Outlook, over IMAP and SMTP, with an app password. And in the browser too, at mail.lawd.me.

Does it work on iPhone?

LAWD Mail works on iPhone, in the browser and in the Mail app. LAWD Browser doesn't yet: it runs on Windows, on Macs with Apple silicon and on Android.

Does LUME keep my passwords?

No. The vault is encrypted on your device and the master password never leaves it. LUME Hub only stores the encrypted text, so the vault shows up on your other devices.

Where do I cancel my subscription?

In your LUME Account, the same place where you subscribed.

Windows says the app is not recognized

The installer is not code-signed with Microsoft yet. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway".
