Is LAWD Mail free?

Yes. The @lawd.me address, the 1 GB mailbox and up to 100 sent emails a day cost nothing.

How much space do I get and how many emails can I send?

The mailbox has 1 GB, and the free plan sends up to 100 emails a day.

Can I use it in my phone's mail app?

Yes. LAWD Mail works in your phone's mail app and in Outlook, over IMAP and SMTP, with an app password. In the browser, use mail.lawd.me.

Will my emails land in spam?

LAWD Mail sends from LUME's own mail server, set up with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, the records providers check to tell whether an email is legitimate.

Why don't images show in some emails?

For privacy. Remote images can tell the sender you opened the email, so LAWD Mail only loads them when you ask.

I already have a LUME Hub account. How do I get my @lawd.me?

From inside LUME Hub. After that you can sign in with either email: the one you already used or your @lawd.me.

What do I need to create the account?

A recovery email. During sign-up, LAWD Mail checks that you're not a robot and sends a code to that email.
